The photograph above was taken last autumn at a meditation centre in the hills above Ojai... if you have the chance to catch sunset there, you won’t regret visiting... it’s a beautiful, grounding experience.
This Saturday I'll be joining a group of brilliant makers, creators and designers in Buckfastleigh for a one-day Christmas pop up. I'll be selling cards and a few small prints too...
If you live in the South West and love supporting local artists and makers - come find us at the Solidwool factory in Buckfastleigh between 11am and 4pm.
Since I've worked creatively with my partner Luke Sital-Singh on several projects, I was delighted to be featured in one of his recent Slow Makers short films, alongside Nick Hand and Ellen Bills of The Letterpress Collective. In the film Luke and I reflect on the process of working together, and in particular the original print we all collaborated on to celebrate the release of Luke's latest album, Time is a Riddle. I hope you enjoy briefly peering through the window into our working lives...
I can't believe it's August already, where have the last eight months gone!?! This summer has been pretty good to us (it's still not over folks!) but it has flown by and I'm starting to feel a little panicky that it might soon be time for big coats and proper shoes.
Here's a snapshot of what's been inspiring me on Pinterest lately. Regardless of the time of year I lean towards a beachy, summery aesthetic, even if the palette is muted and autumnal (yep I'm in denial)
In a few weeks I'm finally moving into my new studio so I've been searching for ideas to make it a functional and enjoyable space to be in (because genuinely, it's the size of a cupboard) and Pinterest has come up with the goods! Follow my Studio board here :-)
